Tattoo After Care

  1. Remove bandage the next morning.
  2. Wash gently, using just hand and soap and water.
  3. Apply very thin coat of Neosporin or Bacitracin for 3-5 days.
  4. If the tattoo begins to ooze, you have applied too much!
  5. After 3 -5 days, switch to an unscented lotion for 2 weeks.
  6. No pool, ocean or hot tub for 1 week. Showers are fine!
  7. Do not pick or scratch your tattoo.

Piercing After Care

It is normal for a new piercing to be red and have some drainage. Don't panic! Contact your piercer if you notice any of the following:
  • Spreading redness
  • Foul smelling discharge
  • Hot-to-the-touch
  • Appear to reject or migrate

Ear, Nostril, Septum Care

Apply BACTINE to a cotton swab and clean the piercing 3 times daily for the entire heal time.

Navel, Eyebrow, Nipples, Cartilage Care

Apply BACTINE to a cotton swab and clean the piercing 4 times daily for the entire heal time.

Tongue, Labret, Lip, Monroe

For the entire heal time rinse with mouthwash after meals, once in the morning and once before you go to bed. Clean the outside of your Labret, Lip, Monroe, ETC. with BACTINE 4 times daily for the entire heal time. ALEVE is recommended for 3-5 days to help reduce any swelling. Consult your physician if you have never taken this product. EAT NORMALLY. This will also help reduce some swelling.

  1. Wash your hands before you touch the piercing.
  2. Remove any of the dried matter before you attempt to move it.
  3. You can wash your piercing in the shower with soap, just make sure you rinse the residue of soap away really well.
  4. Tighten the jewelry at least once a day.
  1. Use alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, neosporin, or ointment of any kind!
  2. Take the jewelry out if you think it is starting to become or is infected!
  3. Both holes will close leaving the infection in your body. Contact your piercer or your physician immediately!
  4. Touch the piercing with dirty hands!
  5. Only turn the jewelry when you're cleaning it!
  6. Listen to your friends advice!
